How Our Service Works
www.roadtrax.in (“Website”) is an Internet based portal owned and operated by Asda Creatives, a Sole Proprietorship registered under Shop and Establishment Act, with its office at Jaipur, India, to provide its users with access to a variety of stimulating and unique toys for kids from 2 to 8 years old. Our carefully designed toys are focused on promoting early age learning like creativity, fine motor, sensory, cognitive and emotional development. You can order any toy from our online catalog and pay using a variety of options such as Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and major Mobile Wallets. Once we receive your payment, we will ship the selected toy via our courier and you shall receive it within 3-5 days of placing order.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, India.

Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Roadtrax has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: Roadtrax attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Roadtrax does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. There could be small changes in specifications from the product shown in the picture and the actual product in terms of dimensions, weight or colours.
PRICING: Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. With respect to items sold by Roadtrax, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In this case, all payments made will be refunded back to you. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, refund you the difference in the price of the product. Prices mentioned are valid at the time of order booking. Roadtrax reserves the right to change any prevailing price at its discretion.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand there may be a need to return the toys in case you don’t like them or your child doesn’t show interest in them. This is why we have a best-in-class user-friendly return policy for a toy company. Most of the toy companies don’t allow cancellation because typically kids don’t play with a toy for more than 2 days. With Roadtrax, we are confident that kids play with them for months. Hence, orders placed on www.roadtrax.in can be returned within 2 days of delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown on the website for domestic purchases within India. International shipping is enabled for select destinations. Additional shipping charges for international shipping will be communicated to customers which they will have to bear before dispatches.
Roadtrax does not guarantee its product from damages or loss if any unauthorized transport agents is proposed / insisted upon by the customer. In such cases, the risk of loss lies entirely on the customer.
DUTIES & TAXES: Would be applicable as per government regulations and is included in the price of the products shown. Any changes as per current government notifications shall be applicable at the time of billing. Duties as applicable in the buyer’s country will be to buyer’s account. Currently, there are no duties / taxes for shipping to international destinations outside India which is again subject to rules and regulations as advised by the government from time to time.
INSPECTION: Buyer’s choice in our works prior to packing. Third party inspection if any will be to buyer’s account.
Roadtrax will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on Roadtrax website. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.
Roadtrax reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Roadtrax for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Roadtrax reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Roadtrax has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of Roadtrax without prior intimation whatsoever.
Roadtrax will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
