Cancellation Policy

We understand there may be a need to return the toys in case you don’t like them or your child doesn’t show interest in them. This is why we have a best-in-class user-friendly return policy for a toy company. Most of the toy companies don’t allow cancellation because typically kids don’t play with a toy for more than 2 days. With Roadtrax, we are confident that kids play with them for months. Hence, orders placed on can be returned within 2 days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no pieces missing. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply contact us to speak with our team


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
